Ever notice how the ruling class (big government, media, academia) only talk about lock-downs, social distancing, closing schools, masks, and vaccines when dealing with the 'plague'? Why is that? Because they can be made MANDATORY and made for 1 size fits all. They don't talk about personal voluntary actions and invidual options that may be good for some but not for others.

I remember hearing a recording probably a year ago of Dr. Fauxi from pre-2020 era (like 2018/2019) where he was talking about ways people can plan and prepare themselves from viruses and getting sick, and he mentioned many of the (what should be) common sense actions: eat right, get plenty of vitamins and minerals, excercise, get out and get some sun, etc. Funny - I haven't heard him mention any of those options since about 3/2020. The CDC has now cut the quarantine period in 1/2 and will allow you to go to work if you are asymptomatic. So, you could still have the WuFlu, but no symtpoms.

The good news: It'll likely be over by March, maybe February, and omicron may be the most infectious form this virus is able to take (it's already the most infectious virus known it appears). And in that case, it will continue to dominate future mutations as they occur while, perhaps becoming even less capable of causing damage to the host.

The reason why I say this is because the midterm elections are coming up this Fall, and there are many pundits who are claiming the Republicans will regain control in a massive "Red Wave". The Dr I'll watch on occasion who breaks down reports from around the world mentioned the Philly thing and has a practical take on it (around the 6:20 mark). IE Omicron variants can't be stopped. They are going to spread everywhere and they are going to generate immunity. I don't agree with him on taking a jab but I like his graphs and mostly no nonsense take on things, and seeing what variant is doing what where lately and his enthusiasm for natural immunity.
