BREAKING: DJI added to US Dept of Commerce ‘Entity list’, bad news for Chinese company

An updated “Entity List” is bad news for the world’s largest drone manufacturer. DJI has been put in the company of Huawei and others, a move that will have negative consequences for the firm. We’ve just received word via a conference call with the US Commerce Department.
Surprisingly, the US Commerce department cited “human rights abuses” and not the expected data security rationale.

The Bureau of Industry and Security is part of the US Department of Commerce. And it maintains a list that includes “businesses, research institutions, government and private organizations, individuals, and other types of legal persons” that are subject to additional scrutiny and license requirements for the export and transfer of specific items. Huawei is one of the Chinese companies on that list over concerns about security with the company’s products.
Now, DJI has been added to the list. And that’s very bad news for the Chinese company.

I was planning to get home on Jan. 5. Been basically away since mid Oct. I'm tired.

But I'll turn north and head to DC for the Jan. 6 march on the Capitol when the EVs are tallied.

I suspect Antifa will be out. Technically no CCW in DC, but I think it'd be wise to violate that. The old, "better judged by 12 than carried by 6."

Be careful about carrying in DC, those DC police are usually not favorable to conservatives. They may find any excuse to lock you up.

Sounds like Boris is doing a Brexit-unwind trade deal with the EU. Nigel Farage calls it a total sellout and betrayal.

Which was my fear if Trump lost. The UK needed a US free trade deal to replace trading with the EU, and that will not come from a Dem govt here.

Another win for China.

Preaching to the choir, but Dem control in the US means the defeat of the Western World to China. It's playing out. Amnesty and increased immigration is the final, permanent nail.
