Well they can't hold themselves to the same standards that they do the rest of us, now can they? It kills me that when you bring that up, they tell you that the party has changed and that they aren't the same as the democrats that started the KKK and did all of those unspeakable things. All the while, telling you that if you're white, you owe black people something even though you've never done anything to them. One could say, white people have changed from where we were 50, 60, 100 years ago. Kinda like themselves...

What a shame...I'd say the man was brave but at the same time a fool. There's a reason so many are reluctant to express support for Trump or conservatives at all for that matter...potential violence or vandalism.

Even with my obnoxious, in-your-face, kiss my ass, no one tells me what to do personality....I don't dare put a Trump bumper sticker on my work van or truck, although I'd like to. The best way to avoid trouble is to avoid trouble...I think that many more people than not live by that rule.

The odds are quite high I'd come out and see it had been smashed up somehow. I'll just be one of the "silent majority"...suck on my vote, bitch. And if it ever comes to a shooting war, I'll take considerable pleasure in picking these asshole off one after another.

The irony here is that how many times did we all have to listen to the liberal left constantly make the claim that Trump will incite violence, and that a vote for Trump will only cause there to be more hate and violence in our society?

Well...they were right. There is more violence and hate in our society -- but it's coming from the intolerant left who are out of their minds with Trump-hate.

Funny thing Rock...I've been watching you for years now in regards to your political "evolution". You were always that "middle ground" guy...I actually envied your tolerance and ability to hover above things quite nicely. For a long time I really couldn't say which side of the aisle you would go...and although I'm definitively conservative I didn't hold it against you, I just admired your tact.

Not that it's gone out the window these days...but it sure is easy to clearly see that the good old middle ground seems to be long gone. I'm glad you didn't swing over to the left field fantasy land...I would have been disappointed.

If you've been paying attention these last 4 years you'd notice that the left has doubled down on crazy and it has really polarized our country. It's really sad to see, and I just cannot sympathize with it.

Oh God...who hasn't noticed? That's why I oppose Doug's views on this next election...I think the CRAZY has been laid bare.

My "transformation" as it is occurred in the summer of '08...when the news that (nominee at the time) Obamas "mentor" and "godfather" to his kids said "Goddamn America".

Up to that point, I'd never bothered to vote at any time of my life. Although I was pretty much right of center, I just figured "Why bother?"...the whole system is rigged anyway, why waste my time? But when I heard that, I came home and got online and registered as a Republican.

So the recognition of "crazy" for me occurred quite a while ago...seems to me it's just festered into a non healing sore since then.
