Utah Football 2016
Ugly, but nonetheless they are 6-1 and in a tie for 1st place in the south.

Food for thought: if Oregon State had a good kicker they would've won the game 20 - 19
(They missed two field goals)

And if Utah would not have been hosed out of a timeout they would have substituted in Shyne and scored against Cal and been 7-0. And If ifs and buts were candy and nuts we would all have a Merry Christmas.
Bottomline you are what your record says you are.

I pity the team who has to play Michigan.

If Utah goes 3-2 the rest of the year with the schedule they have left and the injuries they have it will be a good year. To finish at 3-2 the Utes will have to steal a game as the underdog.

Utah (6-1) is a 7 point dog at UCLA (3-4) with possibly a backup QB?

This one's a tough call, and the wild card is gonna be injuries. I think if the Bruins are playing against a healthy Utah team, the Utes win no question. But Utah is far from 100%.
But UCLA isn't 100% either, and Josh Rosen might not play. My coin flip says Utah wins by a very slim margin (1 - 3 points), possibly in OT.
Utah 20
UCLA 17

The good news is Josh Rosen isn't playing...
The bad news is we're playing the Bruins in the Rose Bowl. They always pay Utah tough.
