Wheeler canyon
My son and I went on an overnight "adventure" up wheeler creek canyon a while ago. We went up the trail to Icebox canyon and then up Icebox a bit till we found a good camping spot. It was a good trip with only a few technical difficulties as is to be expected with any trip that I go on.

Awesome I haven't noticed any camping spots up there but that would be a great location. I'm assuming your spot was on the opposite side of the trail from the creek?
