Apparently so. A man not of his principles after all. I guess he can’t keep all of his promises...who is this guy...Romney?

Winning....for the people...

trump absolutely voted with the democrats and pelosi won this battle.

trump's position and bargaining power was greatly diminished by 6 rino's, including mittens.

in 3 weeks, we will see who wins the war for 2020.

If trump caves again, it will be a dem president by a landslide.

I guess it would have been better for you guys if hillary had won.

Do you really not see a border security problem?

after all, we are only hosting 11-25,000,000 ILLEGALS currently so your ideas must be working:crazy:

Incoming Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) revealed he would support President Donald Trump (https://www.huffingtonpost.com/topic/donald-trump)’s proposed border wall one day after publishing an opinion piece in The Washington Post critiquing nearly everything about the current administration.

“I would vote for the border wall,” Romney, former Republican presidential candidate, told CNN’s Jake Tapper in a Wednesday afternoon interview.

“We should have a wall on the southern border,” the former governor of Massachusetts added.

talks good--but folds like a cheap suit

I voted for both Trump and Romney. I wish I had more time to lay out my argument but yes, I absolutely see the reason for a wall, mostly for the drugs and human trafficking coming across the boarder, not so much for immigration. I heard a very compelling argument and presentation from a DEA higher-up about two weeks ago that pretty well convinced me of the necessity of the wall.

he must be 1/1024 snake--he speaks with forked tongue:

campaign on something to get elected, then run after the first shots of battle are fired.

can I go with 5? 10 seems like- so far up there, How could I ever be calm enough for that.

Actually, I'm really calm, had a decent day earning a living, sitting at my house--+$3141.66 how was your day?

oh--and I voted for mittens too(held my nose), would have preferred his competition in the primaries.

Hatch was just getting good, trump made him a different politician and it was nice to see.

Looks like we are gonna have to start calling Pelosi, "Neutering Nancy", since she now owns Trumps balls.

Unfortunately you can't win them all... I guess we'll have to see how round two shakes out.

Pelosi won this battle but it's going to be a long war. Pelosi didn't get to where she is by being stupid or weak.

I think we should have buses on our side as well.

Load them up and take them to San Francisco and NY city(their choice) and have sanctuary.

I don't think Trump took a hit on this at all. In fact, I think it was a smart move. Every time I try to guess what he's going to do, he does something else. But it's always the right thing.

He didn't buy three weeks, the Dems did. Now he'll give his SOTU speech and mollywhollop 'em. I reckon.

It's a noble claim, and I agree with her but sadly most on the left are too far gone. It's not about serving country now. Instead it's all about amassing power and beating Trump at all costs.

Really what this country needs is another 911 - something that will motivate us to put politics aside and treat each other like human beings again.

91625Indeed...but apparently many of them still live paycheck to paycheck. The last few days had lots of stories of so many having to hit "food banks" to get by. Talk about going thru life just skimming above the bottom.

Isn't that something? One paycheck missed and everything is in turmoil. Back when I finally had a job that payed a few bucks more than min. wage I began to save money. Starting pay of gov. workers is better than that, right?

Seems like a "livable wage" would be simply more money to spend.

People are not poor because they don't have money, people are poor because they don't know how to manage money.

It's sad that schools don't require at least one semester of a personal finance class to graduate. Most high school and even college graduates have no clue how to manage money or understand the power of compound interest.

How much money was your paycheck this week? Spend it until it's gone is not a sound financial strategy.

Anyone remember the housing crisis of 07?

Millions upon millions of construction workers couldn't find work and most of them wanted too.

I didn't see free handouts, no free food, no grace periods on rent, they sucked it up and despite some folks best efforts, they lost everything!

Why are government workers so protected and pandered to?

They make on the average 30-50% more money than a similar job in the private sector.

Mostly what was shown on alphabet tv was people who work for the government are incapable of money management.

Maybe to big to fail, kinda like GM, who is now going under again...

^^^This is one of my pet bitches...

A guy can have a successful small business for 20 years and the government sucks every penny they can out of the business for 20 years... and then the guy hits a bad year or two like 2008 and he loses the business, while the government still continues to suck it's share out of the business.... where if the government had of offered many of those small business a hand up, or simply removed their hand from the guys pocket for a year, many of those small business would have survived and would again be feeding the government's enormous financial suck again.
