It's a bottom up view, you can tell by the way the legs look, next to the spider

After looking around on the web and discussing it with my lady, I found positive proof that it's a Brown Widow.

I wonder if this is the same kind of spider as yours? I found it in my garage the other night, caught it in a little bucket and the poorthing curled himself into a little spider ball thinking I was gonna kill him.

But I didn't have the heart to do that, so I stuck it in my neighbors geranium pot. :nod

I wonder what goes through a spiders brain (if anything) when they find themselves in the clutches of danger and then all of a sudden find themselves amongst a colorful petaly paradise? :mrgreen:
