I would say that for those who indulge infrequently could be chilled out at those moments, but for those that are addicted to it...I would think it would add stress.

Yeah weed, and any other stress relievers for that matter, any other drugs, will be soothing for the moment, but it's reducing your natural ability to handle stress by yourself. So the stress comes back, you just smoke again. But damn if you get caught up in stress and you don't have that skunk weed, you're gonna have a bad time, mmmmmkay
