Would You Climb This?
Yeah it's probably been posted before...
Maybe you haven't seen it? Looks like there is a cable to clip in. This guy doesn't appear to be using anything...CRAZY!

Awesome shots, it looks beautiful there.
Was this your main purpose for traveling to Spain?

El Vino, no doubt...(so much better than the California imitations).
Spain is a great place to travel, particularly if you speak Spanish (or "mexican" for the Texans/Californians amongst us). Off the beaten (tourist) track, English is not largely spoken in Spain, but the friendliness and welcome is without any inhibition.
Catalonia and the Basque region have political issues with the Spanish government (they want independence) but all are friendly.
And lovely food too.
There are some BIG unpopulated regions in Spain, and Madrid is as high as Denver.

Nope...rock climbing. The el Camino is a nice diversion for a rest day from climbing. Also something one could do solo as well.
Speaking of, ahem, getting high...the local altitude inducement is called "cheese"...seems to leave the kids with nothing more than a silly grin. Fairly popular. Myself...I prefer the vino tinto. The local beer isn't half bad either.

Certainly decent wine in Spain is cheaper...but...I think California holds its own when it comes to wine...
I don't habla much. Any effort is appreciated. And, if there's a mix of nationalities, lucky for some of us, the common language seems to be English. The south of Spain seems filthy with UK folks (ha ha...).
I find myself watching to not mistakingly call anyone from Barcelona "Spanish"...most are real proud Catalonians. Very much want to be indepent of Spain.
Amazingly sparsely populated in parts. And, along with the second most mountainous country in western Europe, an immense amount of rock for climbing and canyoning.
