Hey Pelon1, what kind of smoker do you use? I am interested in getting one and I am not sure whether to get a gas, electric or good old fashioned stoke your own fire smoker. I was thinking of gas just so I could take in to freezefest or other non-electric settings.

I have an 18" Camp Chef Propane that I am going to switch to natural gas. It would be perfect to take on such outings but I will keep it on the back porch. Unless I get a 24" for the house then the 18" could be my portable model. I have only had it 3 or so weeks but it has performed well.

So I decided to whip up some crepes yesterday...pretty simple really...just whisk some eggs and cream cheese together, and presto!
What do you guys think? It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.
