I gotta admit, I thought I wouldn't see this in 2020. Then again, there is about a thousand things I didn't think I'd see in 2020, so.
Hey Beech, what's gonna happen to Mitch when Trump is inaugurated for a 2nd term on January 2020? Jail time, maybe?

The Horror: Midnight Mitch Will Seat More Trump Judges Before The Next Term
While most of the political media is doing end-zone dances to celebrate the electoral college results and looking forward to Joe Biden’s inauguration, work is still quietly taking place in the office of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Time is running out for the current edition of Congress, but Midnight Mitch still has some work in front of him. This seems to horrify some of the reporters at NBC News, who perhaps thought that the entire Republican Party had simply disappeared yesterday. But McConnell has a few more judges to confirm on behalf of President Trump, pushing the Senate’s already legendary record of hammering through confirmations to even greater levels. And as the linked analysis points out, this is going to produce a lasting effect in support of conservative principles that will be with us long after Donald Trump has left the field of battle.

Funny posts with "friends" on facebook. I'm the top post replying to an article about Trump losing.
I'd post the image here but it's a long scroll.

Nope, not at all. Goldilocks seems to be okay with it. That was my point.

Ok gotcha, and those calls to indict Dubya Bush when Obama was elected, those were just silly jokes. Hell, I've got "friends" already excited that Trump will be indicted this Spring (because of what exactly, not sure), but they are the same EXACT Democrats that are appalled at chants of "lock her up".
Isn't it strange that the Democrats have a long history of calling for prison time of their political opponents? Yet you are butthurt that Trump RETWEETED something.
I want to know, were you relieved that the chants of "lock her up" never turned into anything? Or are you still convinced Trump is working for Putin and Mueller just missed it?

Dude, I don't get butthurt about anything, let alone nonsense tweets. I follow Goldilocks just for nonsense purposes and laughs. I just think Putin has something on Trump because he just doesn't stand up to him in any fashion. The bounties on soldiers in Afghanistan, that shits appalling he sat on his hands on that one. As little respect I had for the guy before, I was just like "wtf is wrong with you? Like, brain damage?"
I get the extremes on both sides want to litigate their opponents for perceived offenses. The "Lock her up" phenomena seems unusually different, I don't know what to make of it. I regularly watch the Governor's Covid press conference, literally every time Angela Dunn starts talking the comments section on the feed implodes. Stuff like "she should be fired" to "let's jail her". There is something unseemly that has boiled up from it. Again, I don't know what to make of it other than social media commentary is a worse than crawling in a 3rd world sewer for 10 days straight.
I do have "Someone kidnaps Angela Dunn, puts her on trial for suggesting to wear a masks" on my 2021 bingo card. I whiffed on like everything in 2020. I'm going strong in 2021.

^^^I know that was a joke... but in reality...
Democrats were reading their own press clippings and figured they had 2016 in the bag and didn't really plan well...
Also... the pandemic allowed for numerous opportunities to exploit the system and cheat that didn't exist in 2016.

Indeed...also, Mr. Dan said it best right after the election..."The one percenters were done with him". That sentence in and of itself pretty much nailed it for me.
It's too bad, too...because that way the "progressive"/elite/oligarchy/Illuminati did it damn near solidifies their ability to do it at will. It's a shame to see that even Fox has abandoned him. I think A LOT of backroom deals were made before this election. The end of the world for some...
The foundation of paradise for others.

Nuclear weapons agency breached amid massive cyber onslaught
The Energy Department and National Nuclear Security Administration, which maintains the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile, have evidence that hackers accessed their networks as part of an extensive espionage operation that has affected at least half a dozen federal agencies, officials directly familiar with the matter said.
On Thursday, DOE and NNSA officials began coordinating notifications about the breach to their congressional oversight bodies after being briefed by Rocky Campione, the chief information officer at DOE.
