The problem is, Dan, I really think you believe this shit.

From the link you posted, I just want to know, do you actually read these things you post? I really want to know.

Let's talk about this latest link you posted. First of all, the featured photo of the article is not the "tweet" itself, it's just a photo of the retard that wrote the article. A big photo, not a little side photo of the author, but a big prominent focus.

Nowhere in the article is even a screenshot of the tweet, the so called damning tweet that is calling for a Coup. That might be another clue that the article is trash.

    This line made me chuckle:
"Sidney Powell, most recently employed as one of Trump’s lawyers and tasked with uncovering non-existent election fraud,"

I think you still believe there was no election fraud. All other problems with this article are moot points, because if you still believe in articles like this, I've got nothing for you.

Do you still believe there was no fraud?

No, not yet. There is a lot of speculation with this, along with most Q drops. Some think it will be when they attack the Whitehouse, trying to literally drag him out. But honestly it might even come well into his 2nd term also. There are still a ton of things that are supposed to happen, and it might be a long process.

One thing is for sure though, Trump will serve his second term. This is certain.

Here's a good read, if you know about some of the Q posts. Basically, Q posted thousands of "drops" or posts, giving small details to the plan, over the past 3 years. Some numbers you see are not necessarily dates, but steps in the plan. Many have thought events would happen close to when they were posted, but this plan has been set years ago. They knew what would happen with the election, cheating, and even the status of the Supreme Court. We ALL want justice, and a lot of us want it right now. But that's not how to win a master chess game. Moves and counter moves. It takes time, but undeniable victory.

They cannot simply arrest the guilty so fast. The people must understand it first, so it's not overturned later. Realize the public that continues to learn of corruption, it grows daily.

The military is the key. Military tribunals will come. So here's a thread, there are a lot of codes and sentence fragments, but this references the Executive Order made 2 years ago, detailing foreign involvement in our election. They truly knew what was happening.

I'm diggin' it, man...believe it or not Beech, I'm still holding out that Trump and this whole mystery crew behind him is going to bring down the hammer. But I must say part of me thinks it's total fantasy...he got beat down and they're grinding him under foot. It would be spectacular and glorious if it does happen, though. It would change the world.

I just returned form a massage from a very liberal hippie, spacey head in the clouds, unicorn rainbow kind of gal. Last time I saw her she was quite dismayed by the "shut down" and the effect on her business. Told me she'd be voting for Trump because of it, which shocked the hell out of me. Previously, her Facebook page was damn near anti-Trump as Tom Jones is...but the pain she'd suffered was put square on the liberals that run our state.

Anyway, tonight she and I got talking about the virus...we hadn't really talked about it much before, but she asked my "opinion" of it. All I said was "It's not good, sweetheart...not good at all. What I'd have to say about it is pretty damn ugly". I figured I'd leave it at that, not wanting to go into a big discussion.

She went on a bit of a rant. Said the whole thing seems nefarious to her and that the "next one" they unleash is going to kill hundreds of millions, if not billions of people...all in the name of "saving the planet". She's suffering from depression and having a hard time breaking out of it...but in the end she just said "I'm going to live my life and hope for the best, even though God knows what's coming next".

I couldn't help but wonder "How many others are thinking the same thing?"...including myself. I was getting a cup of coffee and the teenage girl that served me had a mask with the symbol for the Umbrella Corporation on it...that's from the Resident Evil movies...the evil corp that unleashed a nasty virus on mankind. She even had it freshly tattooed on her arm. I asked her how many people recognized it, she said "A few". A teenage girl, looking at her future as a hopeless pit.

So yeah...it would be nice to see some of these hypocritical a-holes get what they deserve.

Interestingly, in the 1960 election, Hawaii did not make its final EV certification until the day before Congress opened EVs in January. Plus they had multiple certifications of elector slates. The December safe harbor deadlines don't bind Congress since it has the final say on which electors to count.

This article is from 2000 during the Gore v Bush stalemate, and discusses what happened in Hawaii.

    https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/...-Pg26609-2.htm

Mr. Speaker, yesterday's Supreme Court ruling stopping the recount of Presidential votes in Florida was most unfortunate.

In his dissent Justice Stevens refers to the 1960 Hawaii Presidential election as an example that the provisions of Title 3 of the United States Code do not mandate that the recount must have been completed by December 12: ``[the provisions] do not prohibit a State from counting what the majority concedes to be legal votes until a bona fide winner is determined. Indeed, in 1960, Hawaii appointed two slates of electors and Congress chose to count the one appointed on January 4, 1961, well after the Title 3 deadlines.'' (Bush v. Gore, slip opinion at 30.)

So that Members have the benefit of the full story of the 1960 contested Presidential election in Hawaii, I want to present its story and lessons.

The Florida Presidential dispute contains all the elements present in the 1960 Hawaii Presidential election: an apparent winner on election night; a contest by the apparent loser; a [[Page 26610]] court-ordered recount; the certification of one set of electors by the Governor while the recount was under way; a court decision declaring the apparent loser the winner after a recount completed after the date the State's electors met; competing slates of electors presented to the Congress; and a joint session of Congress choosing which slate of electors to accept.

The resolution of that dispute provides valuable guidance for the Congress and the Nation as we try to determine the next President of the United States.

The results of the 1960 Presidential election in Hawaii between Richard Nixon and John Kennedy originally showed Nixon a winner by 141 votes. Based on those results, the Republican slate was issued a certificate of election by the Acting Governor on November 28, 1960. The results were challenged by 30 Democratic voters who filed suit to require a recount in 34 of the State's 240 precincts. The suit was opposed by the State's Republican Administration, which contended that there was not sufficient time to complete the recount before the December 13, 1960 deadline for certifying electors, six days before the December 19, 1960 date set for the electors to meet.

The Republicans also argued that if some of the votes were to be recounted, all the votes should be recounted.

The recount began on December 13, 1960. By the time the electors met on December 19, 1960, only one-third of the votes had been recounted, but Kennedy had an 83 vote lead. Based on the earlier certified results, the Republican electors met and cast their three votes for Nixon. The Democratic electors also met and cast their votes for Kennedy even though they did not have a certificate of election from the State.

The recount was not concluded until December 28, 1960. Kennedy was declared the winner by the court by 115 votes. The court entered its judgment on December 30, 1960.

When Congress met to count the electoral votes on January 6, 1961, it had before it three certificates from Hawaii. The first was the certificate of the Republican electors dated December 19 accompanied by the November 28 certificate of the Acting Governor of Hawaii that the electors had been appointed as a result of the November election.

The second was the certificate of the Democratic electors dated December 19, 1960 casting their votes for John Kennedy.

The third certificate was from the Republican Governor of Hawaii dated January 4, 1961 certifying that the Democratic electors had been elected ``agreeably to the provision of the laws of the said State, and in conformity with the Constitution and the laws of the United States'' as ``ascertained by judgment of the Circuit Court.'' The Governor annexed a copy of the court's decision to the certificate of election.

Vice President Nixon, sitting as the presiding officer of the joint convention of the two Houses, suggested that the electors named in the certificate of the Governor dated January 4, 1961 be considered the lawful electors from Hawaii. There was no objection to the Vice President's suggestion, and the three electoral votes from Hawaii were cast for John Kennedy.

This result was supported by both Senators from Hawaii, Republican Hiram Fong and Democrat Oren Long and Democratic Representative Daniel K. Inouye.

The precedent of 40 years ago suggests the means for resolving the electoral dispute in Florida: count the votes under the supervision of the court pursuant to Florida law, both slates of electors meet on December 18 and send their certificates to Congress; the Governor of Florida send a subsequent certificate of election based on the decision of the count supervised by the court accompanied by the decision of the court; and Congress accepts the slate of electors named by the Governor in his final certification.

Under this procedure Florida need not rush to complete its recount in an attempt to meet unrealistic deadlines set by the court or the legislature. The key date is not December 12 or December 18. It is January 6, the date on which the electoral votes are counted. As the 1960 experience of Hawaii shows, the Florida recount does not have to be completed until just before the electoral votes are counted. ____________________

^ If in the weeks before Jan 6 enough Repub Reps become convinced of the fraud and illegality, this race can be taken by Pence and the House.

It would lead to Holy Hell civil conflict, no doubt. But it can be done.

It must be joyful to see all of us right wing freaks getting our faces rubbed in it, right? You're distain for Trump is certainly palpable...I suppose that goes for anyone that favors him as well...myself, Ice, Beech, Oldno...just to name a few. We're all assholes...one and all.

So you may be leaving now, huh? Well I'm sure as hell not going to miss ya. I was willing to listen to what you had to say when it was reasonable, but if you've really got nothing but the finger for me, I've got nothing but the finger right back at you. Just be careful about throwing a wet blanket over everyone else here. You don't suggest having lunch with a man one day and then call him a mindless moron the next. If you wanted to dive a little deeper into you philosophy on things I would reckon everyone around here would like to hear it...but you don't reveal much...therefore it puts people on their heels when you swing the guns around.

If you're going to sit around the campfire with everybody then get the smirk off your face...perhaps reveal a bit more of how you think about all this and you'll get a lot more respect. Speaking for myself, of course.

Nothing personal, Mr. Dan...just take it easy with that wet blanket thing.

It appears Sidney Powell is not done releasing the Kraken yet... this is a very interesting video. I'm surprised Youtube hasn't censored it yet. One thing she's saying that really hit home was about Trump's 2018 executive order. She mentions this as does General Flynn... Sounds to me like a done deal. Trump will be going this route as soon as he gets DNI John Ratcliffe's report on the 18th... No way in hell are the Democrats going to steal this without a bloody battle... Not with people like Sidney Powell on the case... AND, with all the tools Trump has available to him... I was feeling bad when I saw how corrupt the Supreme Court was, but it doesn't matter. Stay tuned....

The fight is brewing toward a showdown in Congress on Jan 6.

You think we've seen chaos and street violence and media hysteria this year? Nothing would compare to this.

Past Jan. 20 would mean Pelosi as president.

Which would happen if Pence challenges EVs as the presiding officer of the joint session, under the format done in 1960, and the House is unable to decide.

Unable to decide because probably a good number of Repubs will refuse to back Trump EVs. So as the battle raged, Rs not willing to back Trump would have to decide if Pelosi is an acceptable outcome.

And Trump/Pence have to decide if the risk of Pelosi is worth it. I'd say yes since Biden/Harris/Pelosi are all the same anyway.

What is the SolarWinds hack story, and is it related to Dominion?

  23. #4457
12th Amendment footnote. Only the top 3 EV vote getters can be president. If a compromise candidate is to emerge, it will take a faithless elector today casting a vote for him.

The group that received access to the 22 Dominion machines in Michigan via court order released their findings.

    https://m.theepochtimes.com/mkt_app/...7693.html?v=ul

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,”*read a report (pdf)*from Allied Security Operations*Group*released on a website belonging to Matthew DePerno, a local lawyer representing a plaintiff involved in the case. “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.”

    Pdf of their report:

First big win. WI Supreme Court rules the suspension of the Voter ID law was unconstitutional.

They didn't grant the remedy of throwing all those ballots out, but did allow a case by case basis throw out if someone falsely claimed a covid reason for no ID.

    Interesting development.
