Crazy, huh? I think they never intended to win...they've know it was a lost cause. Didn't want to put anybody "legit" up just to get their ass creamed. I was listening to NPR (DNC TDS on steroids) on my latest road trip and they had a segment on Biden...an interview with his official spokesperson...who was a gal that sounded like she was 16 years old and talked like a valley girl from that Frank Zappa song. The interviewer acknowledged the campaign was a mess, she acknowledged it was a mess and all the answers she gave were a mess...and I was listening with an unbiased ear, "Gimme something to chew on, honey"...but it's completely pathetic. Bottom line...anybody is better than Trump.

That whole "Bernie Tide" turned out to be nothing...total fake news. All those people had to do was show up and vote, but they didn't because there's nothing there. It was a made up lie. Plus, Bernie may have screwed himself when he said "Write a book and you can be a millionaire, too". What a bunch of chumps.

The problem with polls is they are National.... this election will be decided in five states and last time I checked Trump was leading in 4 of them.

It still amazes me that so many people put so much stock in polls. In 2016 almost all of the polls damn near guaranteed a Hillary victory. Those precious polls failed miserably.

If I were a pollster, I'd go to major league baseball games, 5 different ones spread out among the country and ask 999 random people at each one...333 age 18-30, 333 31-55 and the remainder age 55 and up...just one simple question: Will you vote for Biden, Trump or neither?

Actually no, I don't.

When's the last time you were at a major league game? I go frequently (or I used to...) there are 20-40 thousand people there and they come from far and wide, not just within the city limits. ALL KINDS of different people.

My point is that it would be a far more accurate poll than just cold calling and talking to whoever may answer the phone or however the hell they're doing it 'cuz what they have now sure doesn't seem to work well.
