I actually had a girlfriend like this, once. It wasn't me, she just disliked sex. Let me tell you, it was awful...primarily because she was so damn cute. We stayed together for almost two years and the only reason I endured it was the "fun factor". She was fun to play with...hiking, backpacking, mnt. biking, skiing...she was game.

That was 20 years ago and we've kept in touch. She recently got married (first time at age 54) to a guy that she's been with for 8 years. I asked her if she still pulls the "going to bed early trick" to avoid sex and she said "You know it!".

I kinda feel sorry for the guy but I reckon he knows what he's gotten into.

I think about my exes a lot as I get older. From the ones who were animals and couldn't get enough to the utterly disinterested ones. I was stupid enough to let the formers go. It's a huge part of a relationship that I didn't appreciate in my youth, because it just seemed I'd find another next. I took it for granted.
