I have no problem with the young lad. But his lawsuit has no merit and will be tossed.

I think his lawsuit has merit. If it goes in front of a jury he might lose because the general public has been poisoned by the liberal media.

I think there's a possibility that the Post will see that there is support for his lawsuit and might attempt to settle down the road.

I'll wager that Nick walks away with a pile of cash. At the very least one of these corporations with deep pockets will toss some cash at the problem to make it go away, if for no other reason then that is the cheapest solution... still want to wager?

If this goes before a jury the Corporation will lose, if for no other reason then parents hate seeing children abused by those in power. Corporations hate to take this type stuff before a jury because no matter who is guilty, or who is right, the corporation will still lose.
