Early rumors of swing votes coming in:

    Corker: Yes. https://www.louderwithcrowder.com/ka...rker-is-a-yes/

    Frosted Flake: Yes. https://www.louderwithcrowder.com/br...irm-kavanaugh/

If those are true, doesn’t that leave just Collins and Merk?

You don't like Trump? I get that. You feel like Merit Garland got screwed? I can agree with that. But forcing our Republic to endure a donkey show is not acceptable.

Flake just announced he'll vote to confirm Kavanaugh, which pretty much guarantees this will advance to the full Senate for a vote on Wednesday.

Now the big question is what rabbit will Democrats pull from their hat between now and then?

Kavanaugh should sail through, now, with some swing state(red democrats)

    I'm guessing 60 up votes

Honest question, does anybody here believe Kavanaugh did sexually assault her? Just curious, or if it's purely politics.

    Failure to think objectively?

I assume you believe the Left are absolutely incapable of playing politics, and that all of this stage acting is real life?

If I said “Yikies?” Would you have jumped higher??

Nope, today's vote advances the nomination out of committee and before the full Senate.

FWIW - Flake was on the committee so it was important to get his vote now. I think some of these Senators are just grandstanding for their constituents.

I mean hey, go ahead and give us a list of questions we can't ask. Otherwise we'll jump to conclusions faster than you did.

I'll take that bet. Kavanaugh will get 55 votes maximum, and the 4 red state Democrats up for re-election will not vote for Kavanaugh until they are sure it's a done deal. Not one of the 4 red state Democrats will be the deciding vote to push Kavanaugh over the finish line.

rumor has it--which is the same as a fact in this political climate, many Senate dems were disgusted at the way the dems on committee handled yesterdays hearing.

I don't disagree with that, but they still won't break rank until it's a done deal. If nothing else I'll applaud the Democratic for their ability to stand together.

During Clinton's impeachment many Democrats agreed he was a raping piece of crap behind closed doors, but in public they closed rank and kept him in office. Same deal, but different.

Not to nitpick but I think Monica went into that of freewill. Not the same. I'm sure none of "You People" can't gag reflux a Clinton reference to save your life.

Not Monica, but the chick Clinton raped, Juanita Broaddrick.

As for Monica, a 50 year old dude shoving cigars up a 20 year intern's snatch is just really creepy, but whatever floats your boat.

Is there ever a politician more aptly named than Flake? What a spineless coward of a weasel. Apprently, he needs to sit down and have a talk with Joe Biden on what an FBI background investigation does.
