    Women's March

So what the heck is this all about and how did it start?

"We stand together in solidarity with our partners and children for the protection of our rights, our safety, our health, and our families - recognizing that our vibrant and diverse communities are the strength of our country."

    https://www.womensmarch.com/mission

There are more women in leadership positions then ever before. There is nothing wrong with that if you believe this is the best thing for you.

“The most important job any woman can have is being a mother.” -Ivanka Trump

Completely agreed. If you can do both successfully, then by all means, do it.

"Girls can do anything boys can!"

    Wrong.

    Girls can't pass the sacrament.

    Check, and mate.

Actaully... there is no doctrine that prohibits girls from passing the sacrament. There is verbiage about preparing and blessing the sacrament, but none for passing it. In fact the deacons simply carry it the the of end of each row, then everyone passes it to the person next to them. Our daughters have been passing the sacrament to you, your wife, your other kids, amd everyone else for years.

Lord of the Rings and X-Men actor Ian McKellen has been outspoken about his politics and activism, and it’s no surprise that he took part in today’s Women’s March in London. What’s even better is the sign that he carted along.

I looked at some of the tweets. Well, at least a few do have some good points.

Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

For those of you scratching your heads wondering what the reasons are behind the women's march, I have a theory:

It is highly likely that most of the plans including air fare purchases were made several months ago....when the collective sentiment was that Hillary was going to be inaugurated the first president. So this would have been a bunch of women celebrating the first woman POTUS.

Fast forward to today, Hillary lost the presidency, but instead of ditching their plans and eating the cost of the plane tickets, they decided to organize a "women's march" to protest Trump's presidency instead.

Willing to bet there's least a grain or two of truth to this theory, amirite?

Doubt it since they were held all over the country.

I'd guess they are protesting to remind the new administration that the majority of Americans didn't want him and are still here to oppose him. Plus a lot of women seem to think that the government should mind their own business and stay out women's reproductive choices.

I think that some of them might fit into this category. Sounds reasonable.

They insist it was born right after Trump won. There's a Wiki page on it now...Womens March on Washington.

I sure thank the cosmic lottery that I was born male.

Oh you little troll. It's a priesthood ordinance, silly. The major implication being that you have to have the priesthood to perform it...and not just to the end of the aisle, or to the person seated beside them, LOL.

Ok, this whole women's pussy parade thing has gone too far. As soon as they paraded signs out in public making references to their tits and pussies they're not doing anything but stoop to Trump's level....and how exactly is that empowering women?

When they go low, you go high....and right now the high ground is NOT a "pussy parade."

They complain about how crass and vulgar he is, and then turn right around and do the very thing they're complaining about.

It is amazing how much President Trump has been able to accomplish so quickly! He is already having more success with Michelle Obama's National Fitness Initiative than she did. One day in office and he already has thousands of people getting up and going out for walks on this beautiful Saturday morning.
