Video from riding the Crest and Mill D trails Saturday morning. I haven't done this one in a few years. The video isn't too exciting. I was with a group of newbs. No footage of The Spine. I didn't want to show me walking 1/4 of it!
Man, I thought AF Canyon was busy on Saturday mornings. Not even close to the hordes of folks up Big Cottonwood Canyon!

It was fun. Definitely different on dirt. Traction was amazing on the loose uphill stuff but, even at 28 lbs, pushing so much rotating weight made the really steep, longer climbs challenging. Fully rigid was pretty jarring- even with the big volume tires. Started out at 20psi. Dropped the front to 15 which felt better. I doubt I'll ride her on dirt much from here on out but, I couldn't NOT ride it at least once before the snow flies.

Today at the World Senior Games. 1st overall and 1st in my age group racing my mountain bike. I'm officially the fastest old man you know. Hahaha

I have 90mm rims with schwalbe jumbo Jim's 4.0. I started of with 12 psi, and after 200 plus miles on it I have settled at 6.5 psi. I never thought I'd go that low but it works great. Psi is very critical on these fat tires, just a small amount makes a big difference. I LOVE it in the dirt!

Took the new Farley fatbike out for only it's second ride yesterday afternoon. I lowered the air pressure to 10 rear and 9 front. Huge difference in ride comfort. I think this afternoon I'll try dropping both by 1 psi. I have to admit, it's a hoot to ride- even on dirt!

My friend just bought a 2017 YT Capra so we had to snap a pic on his first time hitting the dirt on it. His is the yellow, my 2016 YT Capra is on the right.

First time on dirt this year. Since I haven't dusted off the mountain bike yet I ended up taking the fatbike. Pedaled a few loops on the new-ish Valley Vista trails system up on the foothills above PG.
