"Forgot" hiking poles in Heaps
So, it seems to be my B.F.'s mission to leave all of our gear in various canyons this summer. If anyone comes across a pair of Black Diamond collapsible hiking poles at the top of the 1st rap in Heaps, would you be kind enough to let me know? Thanks!

But if I agreed with you, we would both be wrong.

If you'll be kind enough to share conditions in Heaps I'd be more than excited to look really hard for some hiking poles when we're there in a couple of days.

I would love to share conditions, but Heaps wasn't the objective of the day Sorry 'bout that. Hope you have a great trip through!

So you're saying the poles were left at the first rap in Heaps but you didn't do the canyon? Elaborate please...

Probably hiking the WR trail and just decided to go check out phantom valley. It's definitely worth the 5 min it takes to get there.

True, quite the view from there.

That view alone is worth the hike. Maybe not worth leaving poles, but definitely worth the hike. Saturday was my first time looking out at Phantom Valley (at sunset) and I couldn't get over the view. Incredible.
BTW, another Bogley success, poles were right where you described. PM sent.
