Here's a picture of the gnu guy, Ronnie Coldbowl - Desert Hobo (uh.. me) hiking solo as usual, as I attempted to visit 'The Wave' on February 21 of this year. I never actually made it to the wave because there was so many other cool landscapes to traverse. I wandered around the area capturing photos for 6 hours until the sun got tired and fell out of the sky. Figured I was a mere 200 yards from the popular spot - No regrets. I should write a trip report of the day, actually.

Beachbum... you seem to have a male fan club already. I have a grandson that wants to race. I keep trying to get him to do a safer sport like all my kids and other grandkids. Those bikes are dangerous!
