Paiute trail Circleville-Koosharem loop
I took the Bogley invite from nelsonccc and headed to Circleville Friday after work. I met the gang at camp and hit the trail early Saturday morning.
The trails were great, we hit snow and some crazy creek crossings but not as much mud as I had expected. Except for one harsh wreck and having to bail in a creek up to my knees It was a perfect day of riding. Someone mentioned 148 miles.
Thanks to Christian and the Vegas crew for the invite and great campfire company.

Paiute Trip
Here's my TR;
Us Vegas guys got up there Thursday night, we attempted to ride up and over Circleville mtn into beaver but we were turned back by snow and downed trees. The switchbacks up out of Circleville were fun but once we reached the summit we started running into downed trees. Some we were able to lift up and go under, others we built little ramps to go over, and others we had to walk our bikes around. Crazy. We were all getting super tired from all the work and we had only gone anotherbeefcake. BEEFCAKE!

Nice report nelson. It looks like one of your peeps was cool enough to ride orange.
Maybe it'll be better in late July/August?

You should have come instead of doing that pussy canadian ride.
I'm sure it'll be better in a few weeks. I check the ski resort webcam every day and its remarkable to see how fast it's melting. We'll probably head back up there around the 22nd or so. Then we'll be there again in August and September.beefcake. BEEFCAKE!

Most everything is now open (except the 01 up top (Big John Flat, Delano Peak) ). You're welcome for the trees cut back on the 53 and 33!
We easily spent 1-2 hours stuck in this location. We tried to blast our way through the snow drift and got stuck. 150' of combined winch cable and tow straps to the USFS sign post and we managed to yank ourselves free.
