5th grader math problem.
Ok if you like math and your bored see if you can solve this problem. Maybe Rockgremlin can put up a dollar to the first person with the winning answer.
There are 7 girls on a bus. Each girl has 7 backpacks, in each backpack there are 7 big cats. For every big cat there are 7 little cats.
How many legs are in the bus?

10992 or 0. You're forgetting the bus driver.
Either the bus driver is a man about to slit his throat at the sight of so many cats, or the bus driver was a woman in which case all were burned up in a fiery 60 mph wreck into the bottom of a ditch.

10990 as far as I can tell.
unless someone else has a better #. Your suppose to enter the answer into an excel spreadsheet but when we try to open it it crashes.

The problem states that the girls are on the bus... the question asks how many are in the bus.
We will assume the bus is not in motion - or some of the girls and cats would be under the bus.
Standard school bus seats roughly 60 students, add to that a driver and we could have anywhere from 2 to 122 legs in the bus. with a bunch of legs on the bus.
Had the bus stopped KFC on the way to wherever is is now parked it coulve have many legs in the bus. But the number of legs on the bus have not changed.
But based on the given information... there are no legs in the bus.

10,990 assuming as the others did that there are no other passengers and no driver.

14 legs on the bus. The problem does not say that the backpacks or the cats are in the bus. And nothing is mentioned about a driver, so we can't just assume that there is one.
Final answer=14Leave No Trace

Zero....
Any thing else and you have made assumptions.

Beech... the problem you posted is different from the one asked above....
The one you posted states: It's not a riddle and it's not a trick question -- just a straightforward math problem. That eliminates the assumptions. It also eliminates the correct riddle response which is zero.

3 of the girls just went in on a mixed bucket of KFC. The plot thickens.
