Mirror Lake
We went up to Mirror Lake Saturday morning hoping the weather would be a little better than here in the valley. It was cold but the sun was actually shining. We fished until noon and that's when the snow started falling. There was snow on the ground from the night before so temps never got above 21 degrees. We landed a bunch of albinos and rainbows and had a good time.

No, it's about 30 miles east of Kamas up Mirror Lake highway.

Looks cold. Good to see that you caught fish, I hate getting skunked when I am freezing my kahoanee's off.

Nice job. That fish is whiter than white. I've never caught an albino. Looks like a good time, despite the cold.

I think that is the white salamander! I hope you kept it.

I can't understand why the F & G plants albinos in the Unitas. I understand that they are probably only in areas close to the highway but it's the Unitas . But then again I don't understand a lot of things.
