I don't even remember anymore. Surfing, searching on The Google, whatever... Found it and was hooked.

Accadacca and I are brothers. He told me about it and it was a nice way to stay with the Utah outdoors while I'm stuck here in SoCal. That and a nice way to stay in touch with the states while in Iraq.

Accadacca and I go waaaaaaaay back. We've been friends for as long as I can remember. I was one of the first to sign up here.
It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

RockGremlin introduced me to the site by spamming the Yahoo Canyoneer eGroups. At the time I visited uUtah occasionally.
Price is the one who really got me posting at uUtah. It was nice to be able to post pics and video inside of trip reports. Best of all this site is organized so I can skip that which does not interest me.
I believe it was on a canyoneering trip with Rock and Price along with a few others that the idea was born about shutting down the Yahoo Canyoneer eGroup and moving our traveling circus over here. This was a much better fit with the Climb-Utah website because the forum in Utah specific and covers hiking, rock climbing, caving and backpacking, which are a major part of Climb-Utah. So far I think it has worked out well for everyone.

Shane invited me.
Then he stole my buddy from me ~sob~ Savanna..... I fought and stayed away from Uutah.com a year or so, but I have to go where she goes. I gave in on a bored winter day. All my female buddies just seem to stick around to flirt with Shane. I don't get it!?!?!?
Yes, I know you are still there but you dont post!

I was trying to find more information about the Swell and a trip report on the site was the top result.
