New road bike suggestions

I'm currently thinking of buying a road bike for my commute to to work. As its my first road bike, im only experimenting so nothing too pricey... yet! I'm 6"2, so does anyone have any suggestions? I'm really looking to spend under $300 as im a newbie! If not, any suggestions on websites,?

The value of Tommaso Imola Endurance road bike is fantastic. I looked around at this bikes and as a newbie to road bikes was sticker shocked to say the least. Face it...if you’re buying a road bike on Amazon your unlikely to be on the podium at the Tour-de-France. Regular people want a good product at a fair price right? Buying something like a road bike sight unseen; honestly made me nervous. So I keep getting information.
