Bodyshaming
Being a serious victim of body shaming, I want to open my soul with you guys. We all know that everyone has their own value and performance which belong to them, they have the right to use it the way they like. Just keep being yourself and living your life, we are all beautiful.

^^^ LOL so true.
So much of public health policy that is pushed by the media revolves around getting vaccinated and wearing a mask, but absolutely NOTHING to do with eating right, exercising, taking vitamins, etc, etc.
Even though the statistics show that out of the folks that end up hospitalized with Covid approximately 80% are overweight. That is a telling stat.
Nothing about getting healthy and maintaining a healthy immune system -- just get jabbed and wear a mask, period. It's all backwards. It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

For most of my life, I have been dealing with my own kind of body shaming.. being a short man I have heard it all.. from "hey shortie! to "I only date men 6ft+".. I usually laugh it off and the subject changes but it doesn't mean I'm not constantly thinking about and wishing about being taller! I came across a surgery that could cure my "inadequate" height https://leglengtheningsurgery.com/.. but should I really allow the body shamers get the best of me??! Even when I don't hear any form of "shaming" for awhile..it is still on my mind. It doesn't help that my father and brother are both mega tall. I have even tried therapy for it already and even trying to amp myself up..but I still feel like I am in a rut. ):
