well, lets be fair. Trump started the withdrawal process with his great Peace Plan, and since he refuses to take advice and did not believe in in-depth briefings, do you suppose for a minute that this debacle would have been less so under Trump?
It would have been better if the embassy had been emptied out of all staff two months earlier!

Without doubt it would have been better under Trump. You do realize anyone associated with the US is now being executed don't you?
I have no problem with leaving Afganistan, I have a major problem with how it was done and the current outcome. This is going to be such a black eye on the US and how the world views our "morals".

It’s hard to imagine the level of desperation required for someone to cling to the outside of a moving airplane in an effort to escape absolute living hell...
Elections have consequences and today we see what incompetent leadership brings. This election has come at a cost of countless human life and human suffering for the unforeseeable future. These people were fully vested in the United States. They trusted us and as a country we betrayed them.

Allegedly, this exit strategy was so messed up, caches of weapons, ammunition, armory, and Blackhawks had to be abandoned and left behind for the Taliban to take possession of.

You can remove the word "allegedly", as it is a fact.
Billions in US military equipment ultimately benefits the Taliban.

Biden said we had no choice but to leave Afghanistan. He’s right. There was no reason to stay there. The question is, how exactly do you get out? Just because something is necessary doesn’t mean you get to ignore the details. If you learned you needed an emergency appendectomy, would it matter to you whether your surgeon was a physician with a scalpel, or a drunk guy with a pocket knife? Yes, it would matter. But it didn’t matter to Joe Biden. He did the necessary thing in the ugliest possible way. -Tucker Carlson

Big Tech’s Role In Helping The Taliban Capture Afghanistan
It has been widely reported that Taliban leaders used Facebook’s WhatsApp and Twitter to help capture Kabul. Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid enjoys free reign on Twitter with an account that has over 300,000 followers.
