    Green River Lakes

    Wonderful place.
Put in about 20 trail miles, many boat miles trolling and a lot of time trying to figure out time lapse.
I'll post em as I process em.
Not sure how to insert a time lapse so.........
Very smoky from cal and or. fires, hard to get a good pic.
Very hard rainstorm the night before I tried these time lapse

    It'll come back.

It Downloaded in SD, was shot in 4K

I have a lot to learn, too bad beech left us high and dry.

It looks a lot better on my computer before youtube.

This is 500 shots fired off every 7 seconds.

Took just under 1 hour to shoot this 16 sec. clip.

Looks really great. What camera you using?
It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

    Thanks

The last 19 miles to the lake is a dirt road.
The road is so rough, you can see the bumps on google earth.
And worth every bit of it.
Also--I believe, the largest concentration of Grizzly bear outside of Yellowstone.(makes for interesting hikes through thick timber)

"The road is so rough, you can see the bumps on google earth." << that's when you worry :-)

We recently visited the Crowley Lake Caves, and the road in to the trailhead had one big patch visible on Google Earth that spelled trouble. On the way in, at this location, I walked out my route uphill and put ducks at key locations. It worked out OK and one wheel got major air as I teeter-tottered uphill. The Liberty's traction control worked brilliantly, as it always does in 4-Lo. Coming back downhill was a cakewalk by comparison.
