Just got back from a week at Lake Powell, what did I miss?

We were in a great spot near Bullfrog marina, did a ton of surfing, cliff jumping and exploring. How many Bogley peeps died from Covid?

Oh for Christ's sake...why can't we be friends?

A little obnoxious, but a hell of a lot of fun otherwise.

Where TF on Powell is this?

    I'm so jealous.

Also -- what's the song in the video?

It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

This is just down from Bullfrog, there's a buoy at the opening of the canyon. Lost Eden, i believe. I'll have to look up the song later and get it to you, it was on YouTube audio library free for use.

There is a huge cavern like that in Padre Bay just north of Gunsight that we used to hang out in during the hot part of the day. I'll have to see if I can find the pictures because in the good old days we used to take a bunch of strippers from the Million Dollar Saloon down with us whenever we went to Powell...

Oh to be young, carefree and single again...

Well, it is listed as a "bar" in google maps. Sounds like they know you were there, Iceaxe. You're a legend.

I’m letting one of my secret tools out of the bag, but if you look on Stravas HeatMap index, you can see all over lake Powell where people have descended canyons. I got those marked

Lost Eden indeed. Check out that watery cul-de-sac just beyond the cave. It even has a sandy beach.

Ha! I was speaking strictly for myself, but I reckon it can go both ways, eh? I don't mind if you don't.

Some cliff jumping with the kids. Everybody knows the Lake Powell measurement units, always add at least 10 to 20 feet, and it has to be a factor of 5 or 10.

Here we are jumping off some 40 foot cliffs, and some 80 foot cliffs.
