    Which Steak is the Best?

I’m not a big steak person, but I would choose Ribeye.

Ditto. It’s got the most flavor and softer generally. I do like thin cut New York steak with eggs. I just can’t eat thick steaks that are tougher. It’s too hard to chew!

If I have my true pick. Prime rib medium rare with horseradish...not sauce just straight up yummy horseradish and that juicy prime rib.

By the way if you are ever in Myton Utah they have a delicious steak house...worth driving out of your way for. You cook your steak at the table on a hot stone. Places smells delightful when you pull up. Hideout Steak House

Awesome I was going to mention prime rib too. That’s my fav too with horseradish. Yes, medium and it’s got great flavor. I’m not sure if its the redneck version of steak, but I love it and you can get it almost anywhere on a Friday night in a special.

Prime rib is a roast. Unless you slice it before you cook it then it is rib eye. Hence the reason we like rib eye.

Any/All of them. Any steak can be made properly. I'm having an 8 pound Rib-Roast cut today for Friday, so obviously I prefer Rib-Eye's..
