Yeah from the looks of it the kid was acting in self defense. He's 17 -- probably gonna be tried as an adult.

Now.....can you just imagine how the streets will erupt when this kid is only convicted of minor offenses? I can't see any way that he gets convicted of murder.

Mr. "MissingBicep" wasn't trying to take his gun...he was actually going to kill that kid with that handgun he pulled. Tried to be sneaky and it failed big time...lucky he didn't get his face blown off instead.

I'll tell you what, that kid that did the shooting was tuned in to the max on adrenaline...sharp as a hawk. Did a great job, quite frankly.

Hopefully he'll beat the rap...although he shouldn't have been there in the first place (guarding the gas station) what occurred was clearly self defense. I would advise anyone with sense to stay well away from these rabid animals.
