    Murder Hornets

Might as well get the thread started before the four month stay at home order is handed down.

Oh hell...I remember the same thing back in the late 70s, the "Killer Bees" from Africa. They were supposed to completely wipe out the honeybee population, kill people with murderous intent and crash the food supply.

I saw the headline for these things and passed it up. We got any comets heading our way soon?
Suddenly my feet are feet of mud
    It all goes slo-mo
    I don't know why I am crying
    Am I suspended in Gaffa?

Yeah... we were laughing about the killer bees last night. The hot young stripper wife said she was in grade school at the time and the media had her completely terrified of the killer bees.

Great. First- CHINESE Virus. Now, ASIAN hornets. What a bunch of racist journalists.

And, what is Drumpf doing during the beginning stages of this outbreak? Sitting on his duff doing daily press briefings on the flu. He needs to do something about this- now. Did he learn nothing from the last crisis we had, that he needs to take action to stop this, but anything he does do, I’m going to call him a tyrant and Hitler.

I remember, "these bees have been 'Africanized' and are mixing with the honey bees". Yes people used Africanized.

    Murder Hornets

    Oh great...

Scientists aren’t sure how the Asian giant hornet made it to the United States, but the 2-inch long nightmare insect has been spotted in Washington.

Folks in China, Korea and Japan have lived side by side with these murder hornets for hundreds of years, and it has not caused the collapse of human society there. The citizens of Japan, China and Korea are just rolling their eyes in disbelief at what snowflakes we are.
