    Fatality near Angel Point Cove

A 40-foot freefall claims the life of 33-yr-old woman yesterday morning. Wonder which slot was she traversing....?

It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

It may be Angel Cove (which I haven’t done yet), but I know Angel Slot ends with a 100ft or so free hang. That’s a fun one!

    Lost Angel
    Fallen Angel
    Angel Cove Main Fork
    Angel Cove South Fork
    Angel Slot

The above are all possibilities for where the accident occurred. Also nothing says it was the final rappel, just from the pictures I've seen of the SAR I have a feeling it was the first rappel in one of the above.

the trib article mentions Angel Cove Canyon (other articles mention Angel Point Cove Canyon)

"A canyoneering party told Wayne County deputies that the 33-year-old woman was coming out of Angel Cove Canyon, a few miles east of Hanksville, early Tuesday morning when she slid 20 feet, then fellanother 40 feet to the canyon’s bottom."
