Was eating breakfast at the Bryce Canyon Lodge when I saw this...glad I ordered from the menu.

The only time I'll eat from these buffet things is if I'm the first person in line after it's been put out...otherwise never. One cough or sneeze and the whole thing is wiped out.
I also never eat at those places like Chipolte or Qdoba...so many think it's OK to lean over the glass and put their finger six inches away from the food. "I'll take the green salsa". They need to cover those things with something like a helicopter cockpit canopy.
I'm not even a hardcore germaphobe, really...but I certainly don't want to eat something the so many have spewed their spit all over.Suddenly my feet are feet of mud
