Zen Trail near St George Utah

I snuck 1 final bike ride in during my St George trip this week. So far I've just produced a quick clip, but I've got more video coming. The Zen Trail was a lot more technical than I remember, plenty of spots to walk down, while alone and carrying about 3k in fragile video gear on me, but still had some fun technical obstacles.

My route on the Zen Trail

Why are you panting? Isn't that bike supposed to be doing all the work for ya?
Suddenly my feet are feet of mud
    It all goes slo-mo
    I don't know why I am crying
    Am I suspended in Gaffa?

ha ha, sure. There are different levels of pedal assistance.

Just like dirt bikes though, plenty of exercise is still required. This is a fairly technical trail, lots of small rock climbs and drops. I'll be posting more videos soon.

I'm just ribbin' ya because you're Mr. E-bike King. I've ridden those trails...so I know the terrain. You should take that thing up to Gooseberry, you get a workout on those trails for sure.

Please tell me you said that with a straight face....

My neighbor tells me the exact same thing about playing 18 holes of golf....

....while he is loading his clubs and beer cooler onto his golf cart.

Yeah Gooseberry was my first choice, but I would have been solo and I had to be dropped off, I just didn't have the time. I'll have to hit it next time with friends.

Try saying that to the dirt bike riders, all they need to do is twist the throttle, right?

You know what, it was very strange, I KILLED everybody's Strava time for some reason.

I like this King Of the Mountain ranking.

FWIW - You may or may not know this, but in 1979 I carried the National #3 plate in Moto-X

How did 2 dudes beat you if you're just sitting back and twisting the throttle?
