    I'd recommend getting this chest harness. The GoPro harness sucks. It's too small and flops around too much when weighted. After doing a lot of gimbal use research, this harness is the one so many are recommending and the one I bought:

    So, I was thinking yesterday as I was adding a music dub to my Vertigo trail video for the first time, just how easy and tempting it would be to speed up the video just a tad to make your friends believe you are going much faster than you actually did. Do you think guys do that?
    Are we there yet?

    Video that has been sped up is pretty easy to see if you know what to look for... I see it all the time in TV shows and movies... but with that being said most people can't tell if you keep the speed increase mild, maybe to 1.25 times at most.

    I sped up the video on my phone once...

    got a slew of emails from pissed riders for cheating on me Strava times...
