I had lots of them growing up. They would sometimes stop me in my tracks...looking at what was before my eyes at that moment trying to remember when I was there before, but coming up empty eveytime...then the feeling would wash over like a wave and be gone. The supernatural, if it actually exists, sure is elusive.

At the age of 28 I was driving from San Diego north the LA along I-15, which is inland. There are several hiways along the way that cut over to the ocean and I drove one I'd never been on before because I had the time. I'm coming down this straighaway, and there's a left turn sign and a patch of big eucalyptus trees...the deja vu hit.

This was the biggest one yet...it kept going. 10, 15 seconds and I was able to remember what I was looking at. I'd seen this exact same place in a vivid dream weeks before. Every detail was there, there was no doubt about it. Then it faded away...BIG wave. Biggest ever and I haven't had a deja vu since.

So I dreamt of the future...like everything has already happened and I got a glimpse of it. I think some may go on a "guru quest" to try and figure what the hell happened, but I figured there is no one on this planet that can tell me what the deal is...just been waiting for the next deja vu for the last 27 years.

So with that experience in mind, I give this guy's dreams a legit/not legit factor of 50/50.

Seriously though -- guys like this are everywhere. I've met a few types like this in real life myself. Always with the dire warnings, and never have any good tidings to bear. Ever wonder why the weirdos always have dire warnings and never predict anything good?

Because bad news grabs people's attention. If this guy was out there preaching that things would get better and society would improve nobody would care and nobody would listen. I think deep down he likes the attention, and he likes the feeling of importance that spreading his dire message brings. Hell, anybody could predict a WW3 come November. We've all seen what happens when Liberals don't get their way -- now compound that by 100 if Trump gets re-elected. Chaos, right?

The 2020 election comes down to two simple questions....

    1. Will the woke children show up to vote in the fall?

    2. How will people watching all of this bullshit unfold from the comfort of their suburban homes vote in the fall?

My operating thesis on point 2 is appeasement will swing a lot of votes to the Dems. Rather than arm up and fight, it's easier to say, "Let this anger pass, give them something and they'll calm down."

Few understand the literal end of the country that awaits if Dems wipe away the filibuster in that path. Cannot be understated what damage.

I though that, too, back in Feb, Som. But the way it has shaken out, Biden is the best nominee. His old man forgetfulness makes him seem harmless. Utterly perfect trojan for the hard left. And why we, and I, wanted Sanders to get the nom. But the Biden strategy to rope a dope Trump is working well. Very hard to overcome at this late date.

We're in for a head spinning permanent lurch left if the Dems sweep and end the filibuster.

Biden is a dried up shell of his former self...and what he was pretty much defined the word "loser". "Rope a Dope" on Trump, eh? Dude...you're drinking some deep blue Kool-Aid there.

His swan song is going to be getting his butt kicked all over the place yet again. Bye Joe, time to take a nap.

Honest question: If the Dems can use mail-in votes this November to try and defeat Trump, why can't conservatives use that same strategy?

That's because the blue states are all about milking that sweet, sweet unemployment money. Folks are making more money on unemployment than they would be working.

Laziness and entitlement run rampant in the Dem states.

I drive to the "fancy" King Soopers a couple miles away and there are about 30-40 people (all white) standing on the corner with BLM type signs. As I pass them, damn near every building for the next mile has been hit with graffiti. I live 7 miles away from downtown.

What an image, huh? Especially since the signs, the vandalism and violence and the cops with their backs to the wall all occurred at the same time. What does BLM mean anyway? That you care?...OK, what are you going to do now?

One of the signs said "Vote BLM". Oh yeah?...vote for who? I'll vote alright, for Republicans. Law and order is going to save more "black lives" over the gang mafias running amok. Not one of these has had Biden's name with it. Haven't even seen a single Biden yard sign.

Besides, it's not Trump vs. Biden, it's Trump vs. a black woman. Maybe that's what the sign means...vote for the black chick, as yet anonymous. We already did the black prez thing...Obama could have made a hell of a difference and he didn't. Made things worse...standing there at the podium crying. Tough talk and no action.

I suppose BLM means hire another black prez...take another shot at it. But along with her comes all that other bullshit...have you noticed that the criminals lurk behind the BLM stuff but they're nowhere to be seen when law abiding, flag waving conservative types get together. Liberalism is like a festering sore...if they got a cure for it, it's nowhere to be seen. I said it four years ago...the Democrat Party needs a complete reformation. They need to come to their senses.

Hard to imagine how they can. You can't even declare that white people need equal treatment...they'll put a nazi tattoo right on your forehead.

Great speech at Rushmore by Trump tonight. It was remarkable in that it was a civil war speech in essence. We are here.

Yeah...he threw down the gauntlet, alright. This election is a choice...us or them.

Sure it's a war. They've been trying to seize the government since he became Prez. It had nowhere to go but boil down to this.

"Bad, evil people." "We do not kneel." "They want to end the country." "They teach our kids to hate their country." "We will never give up 2nd Am rights." "Politicians need to stand up with the courage our ancestors showed."

On and on. Gauntlet indeed. Bring it.

Biden's statement in response pledged to eliminate "systemic racism" from America. He's going to do it by giving everybody everything they want. If you're white and you're concerned about immigration...screw you. If you're white, period. "Get to the back of the line". Anything right of center is on the back burner, baby.

Trump spoke to his side, Biden spoke to "his"....we'll see how this all plays out. One thing you can count on, his VP pick sure as hell isn't going to come off as a moderate...that simply won't be tolerated.

This may as well be Trump vs. Bernie.

It's even beyond Trump v Bernie now. The things on the table if Dems sweep are breathtaking. Senate filibuster end, full amnesty, DC statehood, Puerto Rico statehood, single payer, mass tax increases, and an expanded Supreme Court.

We've never seen such a radical, angry movement in the history of the country.

    Game over.

Dougie- Again, I don't believe it gets to this point. But... perhaps it needs to come to that point. Maybe the liberal Democrats need to see the results of their actions before they are compelled to change.

I like to see liberals like that bratty teenager who thinks they know it all. Frequently the best method of dealing with these types is to give them their way...and then watch them fall in their ass as life deals them a course of humbling blows.

^^^You mean like the Seattle Mayor did with CHAZ?

    The epic failure was glorious!

But of course that wasn't real socialism... LMAO

Well I can tell you Rockgremlin...coming from a background of strife, poverty, ghetto living, abuse on an epic scale, moving from state to state every few months...sometimes in the middle of the night, complete and total family dysfunction (on both sides), people with mental illness all over the place. Violence, beatings. Watching helplessly as my younger siblings are being sexually molested by a vicious pervert. Cast out like a dog at 16. Homeless, destitute.

Some, like me, are able to take all those hits and come out towering above, laughing at it's complete failure to dominate me. Others however, don't take the hits well at all. I saw it all around me when I was younger and it proved to be detrimental to so many of them later in life. It's like a giant ball and chain.

I think the liberals are so far gone there may be no redemption...I could only image it would take a strong, charismatic leader to group them all together. Obama was supposed to be it, but he blew chunks. But then again, maybe he did...seems like anyone who's not red pilled is lined up with crazy, weird, psychotic crap. This is what Obama left in his wake?

The Democrat Party, as it has been for such a long time...may be collapsing before our very eyes. I don't think they can be "humbled"...panicked, perhaps...but not humble. Ever.
