I agree totally with that.... but the Democrats would have no issues with it.

This is about who the Democrats bring to the dance. Personally I don't think anyone can beat Trump with such a hot economy. American's vote their pocketbooks.

I hope that's true but I have my doubts. The composition of the country changes dramatically every 4 years. Millions more indoctrinated kids graduate into the voting pool, millions more continue their dark education at the universities, immigration sees 1.5 million per year (and figure the same number naturalized from 7 or whatever years ago), and those dying are from generations when real Americans were produced.

Bleak picture in my mind. I recall reading somewhere after Trump won that given a 1980 electorate, he won 60-40. Just about as great a popular landslide that can be seen (Reagan '84 and Johnson '64 were about 60% each). Yet Trump lost the popular vote. Hard reality.

I don't even dare to put a Trump bumper sticker or even an American flag on the outside of my work van, as I don't want it to get vandalized...isn't that terrible? Better safe than sorry. I live in a liberal part of the city where snowflakes abound.

I had 3 incidents after the election from the Trump sticker on my car. All 3 were honking, cussing, chase downs on the freeway. One I waved and smiled while he was yelling out his window abreast of me. The other I chased down in kind and flashed, etc. The third was a scarier, aggressive, feign running me off the road case. That was by Jan of the inauguration. I'll probably put one back on, but am not sure. I have no doubt my car will be vandalized.

So I was listening to Barr's testimony today before Congress and the Democrats are in big trouble... they have nothing to offer the public in 2020 except Trump hatred... Democrats are still clinging to the Mueller Report and the mythical Russian unicorn.

Trump is going to steamroll the 2020 election. Those who voted for him in 2016 certainly are not going anywhere and a lot of middle America is now supporting him. This is going to be Regan vs Mondale all over again.
