The key findings were that 9 counties produced all the margin for Biden. And data from those 9 produce graphs that are statistically improbable.

First graph shows an incredible tracking of Biden absentee vote % to Trump's. As if an algorithm said, "Give Biden 1.5x the number of absentee votes as Trump."


Second graph shows a normal and random relationship of these numbers to each other.


Third graph shows the % of absentee votes by precinct number. Precincts are small, like 100 to 2000 votes. Hence why so many precincts in large counties. If you order the precincts by Biden % absentee, rarely does the Trump data approach Biden's.



For the 9 key counties, same. Given how small some precincts are, it is highly improbable that essentially nowhere did more Repubs request absentees than Dems did.


Getting back to an algorithm of "give Biden 1.5x the absentee votes of Trump," the key counties show a consistent 1.5x to 1.6x ratio of absentees for Biden. Remarkable considering thousands of precincts, of varying sizes, rural and urban, old and young, and yet the ratio is little changed.

SHADY: Georgia Recount in Fulton County Delayed By Dominion Server Crash


The recount in Georgia’s Fulton County has been delayed due to the Dominion Voting Systems mobile server crashing on Sunday evening.

Officials in the county, which includes Atlanta, said that the server was newly purchased.
“Technicians from Dominion have been dispatched to resolve the issue,” Fulton County officials said in a statement obtained by local station WXIA-TV. “The Georgia Secretary of State’s office has also been alerted to the issue and is aware of efforts to resolve the problem.”
