If you haven't done it yet, go to Bernie's website. Check out what he's going to do in regards to all the various "issues"...

It's impossible. That guy is living in a fantasy world. The man is literally nothing more than a symbol of class envy...along with others that truly believe in unicorns that fart rainbows.

Holy cow. That's a lot of stuff in there. His "corporate accountability and democracy" section is especially interesting to me. The idea of giving workers ownership in the companies they work for is such a mess. The idea that a business owner, who has risked everything that he or she has to start a business, build that business, and employ people in that business should now just give up their rights to run it as they see fit is just wrong in my view. I don't see that going well.

Also, what the hell does he think that he can realistically do as the president? Everything there would require congressional support. I just don't see it happening.

At this point, even many in the MSM and other leftist outlets are conceding the fact that the only 2 things that can keep Trump from winning re-election is a major downturn in the economy, or Trump himself just making a gigantic FUBAR.

Apparantly, concerns over supply line interuptions from this coronavirus is having an impact in the stock market, today. I know the stock market isn't an accurate measure of the health of the economy. But, how much worse will the virus conditions have to get before it starts actually making an impact on the economy? How bad does it have to get before it starts threatening Trump? How will he react to that?

(Conspiracy?) Theories exist that the 'release' or deliverance of this virus was from the Chinese government itself. How long before those theories tie the virus's supposed origin into the effect on the economy, and threatening Trump, and move to thetheory that the release of this virus was a planned event to accomplish what Spygate, Collusiongate, Muellergate, and Ukrainegate all failed to do?

In other words, could the release of this virus been a plan to keep Trump from being reelected?

The Coronavirus should disappear or at least become only a minor issue as the weather warms. The best thing for both the Coronavirus Virus and the stock market would be an early spring... where is that damn global warming when you need it?

I'm too old to live under socialism. I'm addicted to luxuries like toilet paper, electricity, food, clean water and shoes.

Fox out with a story on Bloomberg ads targeting Sanders. I saw his tweet about Sanders siding a bit with the NRA over the years. But we need more of the attack centered on his socialism. Will make for good, hard to heal discord within the party.

Obviously in the debate Bloomberg will go after Sanders. But Warren will go after Bloomberg again. Warren is angling for VP or a high appointment. She will probably again be an effective proxy for Sanders on stage.

    ^^^This^^^

Warren wants the VP slot and will become Bernies attack dog.

The big question is did Bloomberg learn anything from his hubris? Will he actually come prepared this time?

As if on queue Rush links Coronavirus, at least the over hype dramatization of it, to the economy, in an effort to thwart Trump.

But, in the end, will it work? Will it damage or injure Trump. Some talk is that many investors are using the Coronavirus scare as reasoning and justification to move manufacturing to the USA to mitigate threats to global supply lines in instances like this where a potential health pandemic could hurt production and shipping around the world. Wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants to come back and bite the media if their intent is to hurt Trump by over hyping this disease, if more jobs are brought here as a result of their scare tactics?

Neither do I. He'd have to have the Congress dominated with Socialists...and that sure isn't going to happen. The country isn't built that way.

He'd be a lame duck from day one. Sure would get the anarchists hopped up, though. He could only dictate foreign policy...and likely let our enemies run rough shod.

Another thing to consider is that whoever his VP is likely only one heart attack away from being the top dog.

Yep, doesn't look good for the Bernster.

I remember when I was a kid...seeing McGovern bumper stickers all over the place.

Damn, some seriously coordinated attacks on Bernie tonight. Bloomberg's ads, Steyer's strong words against "socialism" in that townhall, and the reasonable questioning of Bernie prompting his fact sheet of his programs' costs, which makes him look ridiculous.

Getting me worried he might be derailed.

Another little gem from Bernie's website:
"Allow every post office to offer basic and affordable banking services and end lending discrimination."

Question. Who in their right mind has been to the Post Office and thought that the level of customer service and care is so great that I'd like to do my banking here? No offense intended if that's something that you've thought before, but it makes no sense.

I also noticed that he doesn't mention the tax hikes for the middle class that he said that he would do. Come on Bernie. Tell the truth now. All I can say is that if you think the cost of living is high now, just wait until a clown like him is in charge of things.

I noticed the #FAKENEWS networks (CNN, MSNBC) are hyping Sleepy Joe this morning as the best choice for President. It appears they suddenly realised they created a Bernie monster and are now trying to avoid the inevitable trainwreck.

Yeah, I think that Bernie is the Trump of the democrat party. Like him or not, his supporters are rabid and they are turning out to vote for him to send a message to the establishment.

The difference is that he IS the establishment. He's never held a job in the private sector, but he seems to know what everyone in the private sector needs and wants.

Yep, and everyone knows it...even his supporters. That's why I say he's nothing more than a symbol.

A little black X that they can put on a piece of paper to show their disgust for those around them that have a nicer life. I don't think the Bernie folks necessarily hate Capitalism, it's just that they're not very good at it.
