Well I'll be damned. I witnessed a Trump sign theft. I was walking away from a good house and looked up to see a girl jump out the pass side of a car and grab it.

I yelled and started running toward them. I was just about to pick up a rock to throw at the car, then it dawned on me to grab my phone.

I wasn't fast enough. Got 2 photos, but not close enough to read the plate, damn it.

The house owners came out hearing the commotion and said it was the 2nd time their sign was taken.

Hey Doug -- did you make it down to Bullhead City for the Trump rally?

Negative. My host offered me a vip ticket to the Goodyear rally and I declined. She left at 5am this morning to get out there to aid in prep. I'd rather be walking, every house counts.

Of course I could have rationalized that working on rally prep would have been a good donation of time. Hmm.

I went to 3 rallies in CO in 2016, and at one was feet from Trump. It was a fairly small rodeo venue. That was really special, no doubt. But I'm happy to let someone else go.

Not the only thing I was thinking about knocking at that moment. Mmm.

But other than that, great house since they hadn't gotten them in and wanted the down ballot and judges info. That's around 30 races times 4 voters. Huge haul.

I forgot to tell you guys about a good house a few days ago. The day I was walking with the great looking Trump girl.

I looked over and noticed she was invited in. I finished with my house and was waiting. Hmm, shock, a looker was invited inside.

She came out and called me over. A maybe 90 year old guy invites me in, takes me to his memorabilia room. Chock full of USMC gear and photos and letters from his days. He had a USMC flag out front.

I looked up and saw a signed photo of Chesty Puller. Ah, my mom's favorite military man. Why am I such a patriot? I learned at my mom's foot, end of story.

So I mentioned my mom loved him and I knew about him. The man was shocked, couldn't believe someone my age would know. He started crying.

Got to me. Good, good people.

Amazing how they get away with it, huh? I suppose when you're left with only two choices one side or the other can behave irrationally with impunity...which, to me...leaves only one choice. Right?

If it were up to me, this would be edited down to about a minute and a half and broadcast all over the nation in the month leading up to the election. I figured out a long time ago that the best way to deal with a troll is to use their own words against them.

Working for my Jewish client today...she says "The Trump rallies are spreading the virus"

I said "And so are the riots and protests. Lots of blame to go around, you know."

She didn't say a word. Shut her ass right up.

Here's my latest fear:

Europe is getting absolutely RAPED by Covid right now...to the point that they've reinstituted lockdowns and stay at home orders. As ya'll are probably aware, the U.S. has also experienced a drastic uptick in Covid cases...and it doesn't show any signs of slowing down.

I could totally see a scenario where the Covid case count continues to spike dramatically to the point that lockdown orders go into effect in many states. Remember that "shy Trump voter" who is planning to vote in person on election day? Well, what if they can't do that because the state they live in instituted lockdown orders this Sunday night?

I could totally see this scenario playing out in states that have rabid Democrat governors -- I'm sure Gretchen is just licking her chops, waiting to institute lockdowns in Michigan the day right before the election. It could be the tipping point that guarantees a Biden victory -- and it's totally plausible.
