No but consider this. Carefully chosen words again. He didn't say Biden's inauguration. There's a big chance the inauguration date will be pushed back like a few times in history. It used to be March 4th.

With all of the chaos and the insurrection act coming up, things might get a little crazy. So no, he won't be there January 20th because NOBODY will be attending one on January 20th.
