My girl! She is not so little anymore. She grows wings on a bike. I can't keep up with her on the downhill. Makes me proud.

She is my favorite riding partner. Drove all the way to Idaho yesterday just to sneak in a ride.

If you are ever up near Kelly Canyon check out the trail they call Space Cruise or Wolverine ~8 miles of really fun downhill. Probably one of my favorite trails.

Great picture. Some good riding up in the Sawtooth valley, too.
Suddenly my feet are feet of mud
    It all goes slo-mo
    I don't know why I am crying
    Am I suspended in Gaffa?

    Thank you.

Yes there is some good riding in the Sawtooths. I particularly like Galena.

Awesome! My oldest son shreds me uphill. I remember riding his back tire. Not anymore, he’s waiting for me. Lol

I am so proud of my Niece! She is 4 1/2. Her dad and I bought her a "racer bike" as she calls it for her 4th birthday that was in November. We gave it to her early and she was pedaling the bike that day. She practiced over the winter making her mom go out in the cold to ride. I rode with her a few times. Her mom even made her an indoor trainer out of PVC pipe because she kept trying to convince her mother to tear out the carpet in the house so she could ride her bike. This kid is tenacious.

She called me Friday and asked if I could ride bike with her social distance style so I met them at the Riverdale bike park. This was her first time on her "racer bike" on dirt. She was struggling at first so I took her down to the sundial which is mostly flat. And had her pedal around that a couple times. Then we came back to the pump track. She was struggling with pedaling faster over the hills so I might have broke the social distance rules a bit to help her get the hang of it. Ssshhh don't tell her dad...he is really freaked out by this virus mess. Anyway I think I ran 2 miles helping her get the hang of it. Best work out I have had in awhile. And worth it.

Later that night when they were listing things they were greatful for Kennedy said she was thankful for riding on the racing dirt.

I look forward to more rides with Kennedy they are my favorite rides these days.

    Mountain biking with your kids

I love riding with my oldest son, except for the fact that he kicks my butt. This was the first ride on his new bike. He wanted a full suspension to race his senior season and this is a good one!

We did a 24 mile loop with 3,400 of climbing on Friday. My legs are still feeling it as I go up the stairs today.
