YANTS FLAT and the CANDY CLIFFS

It was hot, there where flying, stinging insects, and the quality of the petroglyphs was dismal.....I really hate the outdoors, at least I didn't drag anyone along to share my misery....

Thunder Mountain contained zero thunder while I was there. 1 Star. Would not recommend.

Now ya got me jealous. I had lots of time off for fun in April and May, but now I'm cranking out the work...worked today, in fact. The next two months doin' them back to back with only a few days off here and there.

I reckon I'll start jonesin' hard in about 4 weeks.
Suddenly my feet are feet of mud
    It all goes slo-mo
    I don't know why I am crying
    Am I suspended in Gaffa?

“I have now left Reason and Sanity Junction. Next stop, Looneyville.”

Got a break in the stormy weather and dragged an innocent into the dreadful outdoors...

We had to wade up a muddy wash, in hot and humid weather.
Then faced down an angry sidewinder just to see a few faded petroglyphs.
A frantic hike back to the truck to beat a fast building thunder storm and the threat of flash flooding....
My loathing of the outdoors grows more intense with each and every
journey away from the comfort of pavement and the security of concrete and steel.

I all ready hate the outdoors but what I hate even more is when I am lured in with the possibility of learning something of historical interest. Hence I give you The Ward Charcoal Ovens......

It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.
