Why do haters, do such stupid stuff?

Could've been in your warm, dry home playing monopoly with the kids, now that they would remember...

Driving to a job on Hwy 89 , too much coffee, I just need to pull over and relieve myself, and right in the middle of my urinary ecstasy...The outdoors just had to ruin it with this view.....

Tin foil dinners on the campfire, clear night full of stars in the desert, cooking breakfast over the campfire with the boys.

Absolutely horrible time in the outdoors...

This weekend just totally sucked. Hiking and walking with 60 pounds of decoys/blind/shotgun on my back on the lower Tushar Range. What a terrible and just horrible way to spend a weekend!

accadacca, BruteForce, I feel your pain, the shame and humiliation of such dismal experiences must be taking a huge toll mentally as well as physically. And accadacca, forcing young men to participate in an event of such mundane significance, I shutter to think of the remorse and grief you must feel.

I too had a terrible, appalling outing this weekend, I took my Daughters dog and made him hike with me along the Virgin river . Throughout the entire excursion I could see that the dog wanted nothing more than to be able to chase a vehicle, bark at a stranger or just shit on a strangers lawn. But no, I forced the poor animal to run and frolic in the harshness of the outdoors. I too suffered immensely, the solitude, the perfect weather, the sounds of the river following gently along, It was truly an unpleasant trek.

    It's at 3610 now.

About 10ft higher than at this time last year.

We showed 28ft deep going through the cut.

I could have just slept in, gotten up late, and lounged around the house all day in my underwear watching reruns on my TV......But No......something deep in my twisted mind possessed me to waste the day tubing the Virgin river and then hiking out of the river gorge.
The views before my eyes, the peaceful calm of the river, the silence and solitude, I hate the outdoors,, boring, boring, Boring ! I think I may need psychotherapy.
