I don’t get why people fly close like that...
It’s the exact same logic of shining a laser at planes or helicopters.
Speaking of, I do like these outcomes:

Racing drone, just by the way it moves and shoots. Cool shot though. I'm curious where it was. If it was not in the U.S. or any other English speaking country, he's probably not going to face any penalty.
Plus, from the Facebook page, he's claiming he found the SD card with the footage on it. Believe it or not, even if this is in the U.S. he can't be prosecuted unless they can prove he was the one flying. Even if it is his drone, they can't prove he's the one holding the controls at the time.
This is how Casey Neistat avoided penalty and prosecution from flying all over Manhattan, and being a top youtuber making money from it.

It's not cool, Justin. Sooner or later, there will be a mid-air between a drone and an airliner. If your mother/sister/friend is on board, will it be cool then?
In the US ( I believe) but certainly in the UK, folks buying drones are advised of the laws about safe operation, and that's probably inadequate. Commercial Drone operators are not an issue; they get trained/licenced properly. Personally, I think privately-owned drones should have a chip in them, like pets...traceable to the owner.

The DJI goggles can it make the camera turn like that. It doesn’t have to be a racing drone. My guess is it’s a phantom or a mavic.
“Found the footage on an SD card”...uh huh...sure. Wink wink nudge nudge.
