Middle Echo Pothole
The pothole escape in Middle Echo should not be taken lightly right now. It is a legitimate obstacle with the amount of sand that has been washed out and the water level it is at now. I'm 6'5" and could not touch the bottom which makes throwing anything more difficult and there is a smooth 4' wall above the water.
We helped a party of 2 out of there last weekend that were not prepared to deal with it. It could have ended badly for them.
With the right items, it isn't a big deal, just a pothole, but without them
