Holy F!
That's grim.
Seen similar with a friend. Except he didn't dislocate, but, severely broke. Looked like he put his foot on sideways, just like the above. ER tried to reduce what they thought was a dislocation. Not happy. Over 20 years ago, still limps.

That’s not just a roll your ankle type of sprain....that’s the perpendicular kind!
And what Brian said, it’s going to be years before it’s even 99%. It will never be at 100%.
/speaking from experience. (Ankle surgery due to a free-fall accident 7 years ago...)
