    It still is.

    The limit is 2 kayaks per license. There is no limit to catch and release. All kayaks under 48" must be released back into the wild.
    It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

    I don't mind the people, it's all the garbage they are leaving behind that I have issues with. The worst was a pile of shit filled diapers I saw on my last visit to go along with what was left of their Kentucky Fried Chicken dinner.
