San Rafael Swell
Has anyone been down to the swell recently? I am thinking of either doing Quandary or Cable next week and am wondering what the water levels may be. It will probably be about 90 degrees out so I am thinking a shorty may be the ticket (especially if we do Quandary), but any info would be good.
Thanks

Went through Cable Canyon yesterday and it is pretty much bone dry. A couple of short shin deep wades and one swimming pothole. The rest of the potholes were dry. In these conditions it really isn't the greatest canyon. A lot of hiking other than the few pothole problems.

Weekend of 08/23 upper greasewood and upper three fingers were 100% full and wetsuits were needed. Weekend of 9/09 knotted rope and quandry were very very dry, no wetsuit needed. Maybe
